Michael has lived in the Nashville area his entire life and is an expert in the local market. He has a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, developing and executing complex projects, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Michael’s previous experience includes over 20 years with a local promotional products distributor, where he oversaw the customer service team, warehouse & distribution operations, and managing national contracts for clients including AAA, the SEC, Bridgestone, and many others.

At Southern Trading Solutions, Michael is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the company. He is passionate about providing his clients with the best possible service. He works closely with clients to develop and implement solutions that meet their specific needs. He also supports the operations team by ensuring they have the resources they need to be successful.

Trent Ganstine is a lifelong Nashville area resident with over 25 years of experience in warehouse operations. He has held senior-level positions at several 3PL companies, where he has been responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing operations across multiple states, and developing and delivering high-quality analytical driven services and solutions to customers.

Trent is a proven leader with a passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement. He is also a creative problem-solver with a knack for overcoming challenges that block company progress.
